Return & Exchange Policy


1. Conditions for Exchange or Return:
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition (no damage, scratches, or signs of use). The original invoice or order number must be provided. Products purchased with discounts or special offers can only be returned or exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect.


2. Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:
If the product has been used or shows signs of damage. If accessories are missing (e.g., original packaging, warranty booklet, or adjustment tools). If the 7-day period has passed.


3. Steps to Request an Exchange or Return:
Contact Customer Support via [email/WhatsApp/form on the website]. Send clear photos of the product and its accessories along with the invoice. We will provide preliminary approval within 24 hours. Ship the product (at your own expense) to our address (to be provided in the response). After inspection, the exchange or refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Method:
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method within 5 business days. For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund will be transferred to a bank account (please provide your IBAN).


5. Exceptions (Manufacturing Defects):
If a product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., malfunction, broken parts), you can request a free exchange or repair within the warranty period. Please refer to the warranty policy included with the product.


6. Important Notes:
We are not responsible for damage during shipping (insured shipping is recommended). Requests may be rejected if the above conditions are not met.
